Welcome to our donations page. We are a new church in the downtown inner city of Modesto CA. Due to request from viewers, we include this donation button through paypal. We appreciate all donations. May the Lord bless you in many ways. House of Rest church was founded through a dream in 2008. It came to existence in 2011 at a banquet room of La Quinta Hotel in Salida/Modesto on May of 2011. My wife and I were traveling from Elk Grove every Sunday to have service and quickly realized that the new small growing congregation needed us to live closer. So we decided to make a leap of faith and move to Modesto. We found a house with a nice basement and began having services. We were able to fit 29 chairs, and after 9 months, quickly realized that we could no longer fit. We have since leased a building in downtown Modesto and we are very excited about what the Lord is going to do in this city. Pastor David and Dianalis Rocha
